Privacy Policy

1. Controller

2. What data we process and why

• Identification and contact data (name, email, billing address, country): to conclude and perform the contract with you. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Payment and billing data (amounts, dates, payment status, invoices): to take payment and keep accounting and tax records. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation. Card details are handled by our payment service providers and are not stored by us.
• Technical and service data (account identifiers, connection logs, IP addresses): to provide, secure and support the Services, to prevent misuse such as shared access, and to handle payment disputes. Legal basis: contract and our legitimate interest in security and in defending our claims.
• Website visits (IP address, browser data, time of request): processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure this website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
• Communications (emails you send us): to answer you and handle support or complaints. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interest.

Our payment service providers screen payments automatically to prevent fraud, and may decline a payment on that basis. We do not otherwise use your data for automated decision making or profiling, and we do not sell it.

3. Recipients

We share data only where needed, with these categories of recipients:

• Processors acting on our instructions, bound by contract and confidentiality: hosting, server and infrastructure providers; email and communication service providers.
• Payment service providers, which process payment data partly on our behalf and partly as independent controllers, for their own legal obligations such as fraud prevention and anti money laundering checks, under their own privacy policies.
• Accounting and tax advisers, bound by professional confidentiality, and public authorities where the law requires it, each acting as an independent controller.

4. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. In that case the transfer is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (including the EU and US Data Privacy Framework) or on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the Commission.

5. How long we keep data

Contract and account data for the duration of the contract and then for the limitation period for possible claims. Accounting and tax documents for the periods required by Czech accounting and tax law, generally up to 10 years. Connection logs (account, time of connection and disconnection, IP address) for no longer than 13 months, unless needed longer to handle a specific dispute or security incident.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise them, write to info@vsnx.cz. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), uoou.gov.cz.

7. Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It may use only technical storage strictly necessary for its operation, which does not require consent.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
